Police officer
The goal of being part of the police force is simple. You are tasked to deal with petty thefts, the occasional lunatics and battle against the increased crime rate in San Andreas. The department can provide you with basic fire arms and vehicles to do just that.
You can use the GPS to navigate to your nearest Police Department using /gps > Police Department.
When a crime is reported it will display on the screen, you can learn additional information about a crime using your police computer, you can open the computer by pressing Y while stationary in a police vehicle.
In order to arrest players: Go near the people which are marked red on the mini map, go out of the car and press Left ALT key to arrest them. You will receive payout every time you arrest someone. Band up with your friends, more people equals more firepower!
- Press Y to use police computer which often can help you to find well hidden criminals!
- Get new features or titles when you reach a higher rank in the police.
- Once you reach 100 skills you can hide on minimap with /policehide
- Players with 1000 police skills can use /backup when on difficult situations and they have unlocked police cheetah in police departments!
- Unlock title "Chief of Police" once you reach 5000 job skills. Also the ability to kick players out of the police force.
- You can work with other players in same car, get weapons and shoot tires of criminal's vehicle to slow them down, greatly increasing your chances of a successful bust!
- Arresting criminals gives skills, payout and XP to all nearby officers.
- Congressmen can vote to give some free weapons or money to all active police officers!
- You can tune, upgrade and buy police vehicles from /shop or players!
- You can work as an undercover police officer, You can activate that from the Police computer, this will work for 5 minutes for 5,000$
