This is entirely your fault. Lending money is completely at your own risk. Do not trust players. However, for scamming you, he will have 150% deducted from him and 25% deducted from you as lending money is forbidden

Next time, please read the Server rules to avoid getting scammed like this in the future, and wait for an Administrator to respond to your situation. Also, do read the Punishments for scamming while you are waiting.

It is not permitted to lend money to other players, exchange vehicles or houses, dividing lottery prizes, play dices with wagers over allowed limits and sell items on behalf of other players”“Punishment for players who lent money to someone will be deducting 10% of the lent amount, as lending money is forbidden by server rules.”
