With these easy steps above I got stable 80-95 ping instead of 110. It also reduces packetloss.
It also appliable to any game you want to play. (less)
Increasing the priority of a process can improve the packet queue management in the network. When a process has a high priority, it can better control the packet queue and ensure that packets are sent and received in the right order, which can lead to ping stabilization.
You got Ethernet and good PC? Fine. Just go away from this topic and never come back. You are not welcome here.
Also note that I didn't use insults unlike you, you ill-mannered child.
so your just lying over and over and you don't wanna admit that this doesn't work or your testing is flawed (no sh!t it is)
“I'm studying at IT college, and in case you didn't know, if you run SAMP on a microwave, you'll have a huge ping. If you run it on a better PC with the same internet, the ping will be better. So PC performance DO AFFECTS the ping. Learn the basics first, then argue with someone who knows the topic better than you”No, that is false
let me break it down for you
What does affect ping:-
Internet speed
distance between you and the server
Ethernet(a full duplex ethernet cable can receive and transmit data at the same time unlike wifi connection which runs on a half-duplex connection which ultimately cuts your ping in half)
What does NOT affect ping directly:
PC performance(The speed of your CPU or GPU has minimal impact on your ping you can have a high-end gaming PC, but if your internet connection is poor, your ping will still be high)
roast/rant: so you are in college, studying IT huh? oh boy
You should consider a career in anything else origami, perhaps? at least folding paper is a concept simple enough for your caveman brain to process Seriously, take up anything that's as far away from computers as humanly possible it's for the greater good of the digital world.
