First of all I would like to not be commented on such threads, but since I've been, I might as well Explain a part of it. Also, not Mod, Ex-Mod, lets get that right, shall we? I never applied for helper position because I knew I didn't meet the requirments, but I speak fluent English, better than all the newly promoted helpers, which I also think are not suitable, but sharing my opinion is clearly what got me demoted, so no words from me anymore, thankfully right? Also I was invited to the team, I didn't ask for such thing.

The picture you've provided is not shown, still though, skins can be bought through /shop with webmoney (Game Shop). If the skin you want is a "common" skin you can buy it from Clothes Store, use /gps to locate them in game and if the skin is a gang or a job skin you can also claim it by reaching 100 skills in that gang or job.

You are not allowed to play with more than 1 account in a single PC. You are (probably) banned for Multiple accounts because there were 3 or more accounts registered in same IP. About the Unban purchase, you can buy it through the Game Shop. (Click on link provided) It costs 10USD and you purchase it with Paypal or bank transfer. Wait for your unban date or buy unban from the Game Shop if you want to play again in these servers. When you come back, play only with 1 account per PC.

S3 is a deathmatch server therefore players can't be punished for that. Also when a player is killed a few times within a certain time he's spawn protection increases from 30 seconds to 1 minute which is more than enough for a player to make an escape.

Firstly you can simply start talking to the player and ask him to stop it, if he doesn't agree you can get weapons and fight back, if you aren't goos with weapons try going to another city or start police job and arrest him immediately. Secondly if this is Server 3, then you can go to Server 2. Server 3 was meant to be a deathmatch server therefore there aren't any deathmatch kicks by server. On the other hand, S2 has a deathmatch kick (5 Minutes which happens every 3 kills in less than 30 minutes, unless player is in gang and killing other gang members)
If this is s2 then the player will be kicked for 5 minutes so I don't think it will be in his best interess to hunt you.
If you really want to play in this server (if it's s3) then your best choice is to talk to the player.Also I think the player must have a reason for doing so, but anyway I'm just guessing.Also staff member Atlas could be busy at the moment and had no chance to reply to you immediately.

This wasn't a server's fault so no refund can be issued. Some countries were perma banned which includes yours. Now if you don't know what permanent means then it's on you. All players who are playiny in S1 and S4 from banned countries, will be banned.

When your account is not linked to the website it will get deleted in 5 days due to inactivity.Which means if you didn't play on it for 5 days straight, your account is lost. Sadly there is no way to retrieve your account.

You've Lied to them, used cheats more times than anyone has and you were given many, many chances. Some Threads which you made about your bans. 1 2 3 And much more. Why should you get other chances when others weren't given any? This was discussed among the admin team and the decision was made.

Cooldown for Weed Farms, Cocaine lockups, Ammuniton Manufactories and Counterfeit chips machines was one thing, but properties really makes the difference. So instead of putting a cooldown for that too, (Properties have been "nerfed" in a way so players wouldn't get that much money, on which I agree) I'd suggest that when a player buys a propertie, he wouldn't be able to buy that propertie in the next 48 hours, so 2 days. As a result 48/6 (6 hours that Properties last) = 8. Now 8 players will be able to purchase properties whithin 2 days.

In Toreno's mission where we have to kill 2 NPCs and destroy hydras,if we throw hydras in water it will show in minimap that it has respawned, but really it hasn't.

The main reason for this was because S4 is similiar to S1 because of the language. That is the main reason the players from perma banned countries played there, so it makes sense for niCe to block S4 for those countries again, because those players would come back and do the same thing over and over again. This is much easier for the admin team as these cheaters played and used cheats during the night.Still though some experienced players were allowed to play from these banned countries if and only if they had a clean record.

I like how this "brother" of yours came along right after you were RE-banned for ban evade.If your brother wants to play he'll have to play in different PC. He has you to thank for this. Also about the player, you don't have to worry about him.
