If the Service purchased in GTA-MULTIPLAYER.CZ game shop is not as described or payment was not processed correctly, user can fill a claim by sending notification via electronic mail to the following address info@gta-multiplayer.cz. User must prove righteousness of the claim.
GTA-MULTIPLAYER.CZ is obliged to resolve claims within 30 days. If it is not possible to resolve a righteous claim, user can request adequate discount or withdraw from the contract. User will be notified via electronic mail as soon as GTA-MULTIPLAYER.CZ resolves the claim.
Disputes between GTA-MULTIPLAYER.CZ and user can be resolved out of court. In such a case, user can resolve the dispute through the designated ODR platform.
