Valet job seems to be glitched. All cars spawn inside the parking lot, along with an npc outside that walks away as soon as he spawns. A tip bar shows up when you get into the marked car but nothing else happens, you aren't told what to do with the car and parking it ouside doesn't do anything.

I think the npc was supposed to wait for you outside the parking lot but something broke.
