Hello all, I have been banned before almost one year by senior admin Theseus for a lot of reasons which i did in past(last one which i did was scamming player for 100m..). Well i won't say i was really good person in the past even in that last 11 months, but i wasn't really bad to be permantly banned. Let's say at start i was ban evading maybe 2, 3 times at S1 which Theseus knew... but i wasn't doing anything bad there i was just chilling at server when i had free time which i would now do too at S2. But in last 4 months i wasn't playing anywhere, i wasn't even playing my computer because i was really busy with school and other stuff in real life. So if admins could give me last chance and i will show you that you guys weren't wrong even first time when you unbanned me. So admins please forgive me and let me play thats only way how i can proof myself, i just want to play with my friends, chill etc. It's Christmas soon, also New Year is coming so an unban would be an awesome gift for me. :) That would be new account-new me-new changed M4estro. :)

I wont be giving my support to unbanning you. Perm banned players are 'permanently' banned. Edit: This isnt a debate for players. you do not need to comment here. Other admins can.

I know about what are you talking Trifle, even if i would be at your place i would do same because to be 'permanently banned' you had to do a lot of bad things, but still we are humans and humas makes mistakes but sometimes if they get another chance they can proof that maybe they have changed. I grow up now, and one last chance is all for what i am asking. One ban command for you isn't such a big problem if i don't show that i changed, right?

Quite frankly none should comment here other than M4estro and members of staff as your opinion has no effect. You have been given a permanent ban after numerous discussions within the Team, we came to this conclusion as you were a direct threat to the server and its players. This is decision is made final and not available for discussion. As we only officially announce a player "permanently" banned and no longer welcome in our server is when they have seriously breached the server rules and are deemed unfit to play. You should have thought of the consequences of your actions before you sought to carry them out.

You are right Mano. And i know it's hard to get an unban after permanent ban but aren't we humans, humans makes mistakes man, but they can change too. I came here to ask for that last chance and proof i changed, man. If you would give me unban after permanent ban i would not be first player who did get it, right? I heard few permanent banned players get unban, also. So why don't give me that chance too to proof myself and that i changed?

I see 2 things wrong here. There no such thing as "getting unbanned after a permanent ban". As Trifle said permanent pretty much means forever. As for the people who got except from this had to go through a whole lot of different procedures and even then they managed to blow their chances and ended up getting permanently banned again. So just by going off of experience whenever we actually let a player get a so-called "other chance" "last chance" whatever you want to call it they always managed to disappoint. They promised many things, change in behavior, said if they do anything wrong we can ban them again. Yet I see the same players coming back here from time-to-time begging for another "last" chance. As for "everyone makes mistakes". Yes I agree, we all do, some on a smaller scale than others but when you gain the trust of a player so much so that you practically scam him out of his hard-earned GTA$ and not once you thought of the consequences of your action is beyond me. This is only for the part where you been a player. You had the chance to part of the admin team, to be a Helper and you managed to abuse your position for your own gain. A position which myself and Trifle had agreed on. And ever since then it's a decision I truly regret! If it wasn't clear it's a definite no from me, but you may wait for the opinion of other staff members as well as niCe's.

Huh, i want to say somthing about it "getting unbanned after a permanent ban", Whiz was permanent banned for one year or somthing, and now he is unbanned, right? Then Loka, player which was permanent banned, not only one time, but now he is playing, right? That's just 2 players which i remember, maybe there is more but i don't know... Yes, i know, you are true here, and i know that... About this i will just say 2 things: 1st-At the time when Theseus asked me to give him money back i didn't had full money because i was waiting for lottery. 2nd-The player who i scammed(linox) get his money back anyway, we were talking and he forgive me so... i know that was really childish but i am sorry for that, i said that to him, his brother and few admins with which i were talking, and now i will say it again here at forum I am sorry for my childish which i did in past. Anyway look if i was helper doesn't that meen i was really good before i get banned etc. Maybe that could be one little + for me and my unban(last chance...)
