“hi beamo, play at hd 1080p 60fps and yes there was some lags as there were 200+ cars and im not sure why it is 15 fps for you cause i was getting more than 70 there”The video is not 70 fps tho, looks like around 15-30, maybe it's a recording issue idk... cus when you've streamed in discord there's never been any FPS issues

hello jim this is a multiplayer mod called fivem for gta v online just like samp for gta sa and it is not free. All the players you see in game are real humans
