Payment terms
Agreement to the following terms and conditions is required before you can process to the payment. If you do not agree to these terms, you will not be allowed to make a payment on the GTA-MULTIPLAYER.CZ.
1. Payment
You are only allowed to make a payment from your owned payment account where you have authorized the payment. You are not allowed to make payments on behalf of other users or from other payment accounts. It is forbidden to make a payment for multiple users from one payment account or to make a payment for one user from an excessive number of payment accounts, unless GTA-MULTIPLAYER.CZ has given its express consent. Violation may lead to blocking of the payment account on the GTA-MULTIPLAYER.CZ and termination of all user accounts, where the payment account has been made for purchases.
2. Purchases
Items purchased at GTA-MULTIPLAYER.CZ will be delivered digitally. You solely agree that purchased Service will be provided instantly and digital content will be delivered instantly when user completes a payment for Service ordered in GTA-MULTIPLAYER.CZ game shop, therefore before the end of term to withdraw from purchase agreement, and in such a case you do not have the right to withdraw from the purchase agreement. In some cases GTA-MULTIPLAYER.CZ may proceed to verify the identity of the user who made a payment, if such a measure is necessary to authorize the payment. You agree that GTA-MULTIPLAYER.CZ, in its sole discretion, may revoke your purchases or purchased items if GTA-MULTIPLAYER.CZ believes that you have violated or acted inconsistently with the letter or spirit of the Agreement. You can use the service of virtual currency on GTA-MULTIPLAYER.CZ for purchases in game shop, this virtual currency may be obtained as a prize in contest, reward, from other users or by purchase in game shop. This virtual currency does not represent any actual currency and can not be converted in other currency, withdrawn, refunded or returned. Use of this virtual currency might be restricted where required by law. GTA-MULTIPLAYER.CZ may deduct virtual currency balance from users, who are inactive for more than 12 months, without prior notification.
3. Refund policy
All purchases are final and GTA-MULTIPLAYER.CZ issues no refunds. You acknowledge and agree that no services can be converted to money or refunded, all services are provided solely for entertainment purposes. You are not allowed to sell, rent or transfer services to other users. You agree that you will not be refunded if your access to the GTA-MULTIPLAYER.CZ Service is terminated or if you solely decided to discontinue using GTA-MULTIPLAYER.CZ. Filling a chargeback or payment reversal may result in termination and deletion of your account and publication of your payment and personal data on the GTA-MULTIPLAYER.CZ website.
4. Fraudulent payments
You agree that in the case of an unrightful payment reversal or unrightful refund, you are liable to GTA-MULTIPLAYER.CZ for the amount due. In this case, the payment data may be published on the GTA-MULTIPLAYER.CZ website until the amount due has been settled. In certain cases, GTA-MULTIPLAYER.CZ may take legal action against you to settle the debt.
