you can use xbox game as suggested below and make sure you set the in-game resolution to your monitor's resolution in the game settings.

Use Xbox game bar it won't eat your fps and will give u best results

download OBS for better qualitty
Go to OBS >> Settings >> Output >> Output mode: Simple >> Recording:
Recording Quality: High Quality, Medium File Size*
Recording Format: MPEG-4
Video Encorer: select yours (H.264)
This is my settings, is the same size but better quality for me (1:16= 500mb)

I recommend using VirtualDub or Handbrake to reduce the file size of your videos

Play on 1920x1080 resolution
