Hello Dear Admin & Support Team im from Iran and basically due to my work condition as a programmer and my country's restrictions I'm forced to use VPN all the time but I had in my mind that VPN is blocked in server and everytime I was closing that when I wanted to join and play but sadly like 5 minutes ago my VPN's auto-reconnect was online and it did reconnected while I was in game and I got disconnected from server when I joined I saw this ban message https://i.ibb.co/Kyk61gv/aunban.png I understand the rules but it was a clear mistake I was ingame even with my own nickname not doing banevade or anything at all was a pure autoconnect mistake is it possible to lift the ban on my account so I can enjoy player on WTLS 2 server ? thanks
