you can find houses every where around the map with diffrent prices depence on localisation,days,cs(Car Slot), and here comes the question : what is the cons and pros of houses

i had so many houses in my samp journey and the last house i had is idlewood 868 with cs which i just sold it today and after that long time with houses i define the pros and cons of owning a house
Pros :

1 super mechanic : owning house will save you from mechanic problems, that means your car will be deliverd any time you try to call it even in car meets
2Protection: Must of gang members enjoy buyying houses near the gang HQ so if any fight started they will be able to enter their houses and getting armour if the bough armor upgrade, or getting some wpns from house gun locker , even camping there if its too danger outside
3 Show off: as Wtls players all of us loves to have some thing special that others cant have and houses one of the best items for that, some people enjoying buyying houses in must popular streets and park their must expensive vehicles there to show other players what they got, and that totally amazing tbh

Cons:

1 Renewa: yea thats every house owner nightmare, renewal house days will costs lot of money For Some player since 30 day renewal costs 65 tokens
and the worst is if the expired you will lose the vehicle u saved on that house
2 Dead Market: personally i have faced that problem by my self, My Friend Drthrax sold me his "idlewood" house for good price telling me that i cant sell it fast bcz of the dead market, i didnt understand that untill i noticed that around 3 months passed and i didnt even get More Then 5 offers on that house, so for reseller better to Dont Get Into House Market bcz it Will Stop Your money flow

Conclusion
if you are new player or a Player that wanna start reselling Houses isnt the place for You Houses Is the place for players that all ready have nice amount of money and want to start showing off their wealth, For resellers Dealing with houses is like fighting time!
